Description:
On 13 May 2014 the Air Accidents Investigation Institute (AAII) was notified of an incident – during holding over the RATEV point the radar separation minimum between two ATR72-500 aircraft was reduced. On the basis of evaluation in accordance with Annex R to the Rules of the Air (L-13), the incident was evaluated as a serious incident.
