Description:

For business reason the pilot with another person on board had visited a computer fair in Amsterdam. On 14 Seplember 2009 take-off for the return flight from Hilversum (EHHV), The Netherlands to Benesov. The plane collided with the terrain near Jena-Shongleina Airfield because the pilot had infrigned the minimum safe altitude and had entered instrument meteorological conditions. The pilot and the passenger of the plane sustained injuries incompatible with life. The plane was destroyed.
